Please enter through the main doors located in front of the water fountain.

The event will be held on the second floor. Guests should be prepared to use two flights of stairs. An accessible lift is available by request only and is limited to 2–3 guests at a time.

PARKING

Ample on-site parking is available for all guests.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Every guest must have a ticket for entry, including children. Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket.

If you have lost your ticket, please email us and we will resend your order confirmation.

SEATING POLICY

Seating is first come, first served unless prior arrangements are made.

Groups of 10 or more may reserve an entire table in advance by contacting events@bchateau.com. Guests may arrive at any time during the event; however, we strongly recommend arriving on time to enjoy the full experience.

DRESS CODE

Dress to impress.

We will have a beautiful backdrop available for portraits, and guests may obtain their photos digitally at the event.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY

• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are permitted inside the venue.
• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who present proper identification.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• No outside food or drinks
• No weapons of any kind
• No smoking of any kind
• No unauthorized items deemed unsafe by venue management

PAYMENT METHODS

• Cash (in person at the venue)
• Credit card (online only)
• No checks or other forms of payment will be accepted.

There will be no at-the-door ticket sales.

REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

By attending this event, guests acknowledge and agree that Beau Chateau reserves the right to take photographs and video during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
